Dario Alvarez

As the principal of Strategy 59, Dario has spent over 20 years turning big ideas into tangible results, working with everyone from scrappy start-ups to global powerhouses. His gift? Turning complex challenges into actionable opportunities that make a real impact.

With experience across 25+ countries, Dario brings a global mindset paired with sharp local insights. Whether businesses are aiming to tell a better brand story, fine-tune their marketing game, master the art (and science) of pricing, or elevate their teams through dynamic learning and development programs, Dario and the team are here to make it happen.

When not immersed in helping clients shine, Dario takes the stage as a public speaker, sharing insights on communications, branding, and storytelling. His goal? To leave audiences energized, inspired, and armed with actionable ideas they can’t wait to put into play.

Dario completed Executive Training at MIT, along with earning a Master’s in Communications and diving deep into Political Science, History, and Law. But let’s face it—degrees and accolades only take you so far. What really lights his fire is helping businesses cut through the noise and stand out in a crowded marketplace.

Ben Clarke

Ben is a people-first adventurer and executive coach with a knack for making work not just effective, but fun. A proven C-suite leader in the People space, he helps organizations build stronger leaders, better communication, and smarter, more collaborative teams. Known for simplifying the complex, Ben thrives on creating cultures where people and performance flourish.

Recently, Ben served as interim HR Director for Calgary’s Drop-In Centre, leading 430 staff and transforming a 7-person HR team. He’s also been Chief People Officer at a $35bn private bank in the Caribbean, where he focused on leadership development, performance growth, and hybrid communication strategies. With clients across Canada, the US, the UK, and the Caribbean, he’s a sought-after coach and consultant who delivers results. 

A PCC-level executive coach with a science PhD from the University of Cambridge, Ben has 10+ years of experience developing leaders and a 15-year career in global oil and gas exploration. His strengths in trust-building and creative problem-solving make his leadership programs—like his 85-module MBA-level development series—practical, easy to implement, and transformational.
